Please note: delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Store Credit

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

📌 Please Note: All approved returns will be refunded as store credit (digital gift card).
We do not offer cash refunds unless the item is incorrect or defective.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
We will send a replacement or offer a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
