Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LunaGrace. Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return or exchange. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions below, which are governed by U.S. law.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team first at lunagrace.com@outlook.com. Do not return items without our approval.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains

  • Have all original tags and hygiene/security labels intact

Please try on items carefully. We recommend trying clothing over clean underwear and shoes on soft, clean surfaces.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale (see product description)

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned after contacting customer service


⚠️ Important

  • Do not return items to the sender address on the shipping label.

  • Unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.


STORE CREDIT POLICY

Unless your item is defective or incorrect, all approved returns will be refunded as store credit (digital gift card).
This credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase.

Cash refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item was damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The package was undeliverable due to our mistake


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We cover return shipping when:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective or has a strong odor

  • An item was missing from your package

  • The package was not delivered (as long as the address provided was correct)

You pay return shipping when:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind

If you use our prepaid return label, a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit.
If you ship the return yourself, you cover the full cost.


SIZING ISSUES

If the item doesn’t fit, we offer a free one-time size exchange (shipping included).
If the replacement item is more expensive, you pay the difference.
If it’s cheaper due to a quality issue, we refund the difference as store credit.
If you'd rather return the item, the standard return policy applies.


EXCHANGES

You can exchange each item one time, unless it is marked as Final Sale.
We cover the shipping cost for exchanges.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 1–3 days, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, your order must be returned following the regular return policy.


REFUNDS

Refunds (in the form of store credit or original payment) will be processed within 14 days after your return is received and approved.

If you paid return shipping, this will not be reimbursed.
If the item was sent incorrectly or was defective, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.


RETURN ADDRESS

All returns must be initiated through customer service via email.
Items sent without approval or to the wrong address will not be refunded or exchanged.


LEGAL NOTICE

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
Any disputes will be handled under U.S. jurisdiction.
