📦 Shipping within the United States
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders – no minimum purchase required.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping times and costs vary by location. Please note that delivery may be delayed by customs clearance in your country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
🚚 Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at lunagrace.com@outlook.com and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier.
LunaGrace is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Customs inspections (for international orders)

Natural disasters or uncontrollable events
❗ Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are:

Refused by the customer

Undeliverable due to incorrect address
…will not be refunded. Instead, we will issue store credit minus any shipping and handling costs.
🛑 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
